Jessica
Taylor, Instructor
Jessica
Taylor has been riding and loving horses since she was
five years old. Training with Nancy Turrill and JoAnn Postell at
Foxfield in Westlake, California, Jessica showed on the A-Circuit
competing in Equitation, Hunter and Jumper classes with great success
She supplemented expenses for her horse by becoming an expert braider
and groom, always in demand at high-level shows. After attending
Foxfield's summer camp she was asked to become a counselor. Having
gained experience, Jessica was invited to begin teaching lessons
at Foxfield where she taught both private lessons and large group
lessons. Recognizing the importance of Classical Equitation, Jessica
is now taking Dressage lessons to refine her riding skills. A true
horsewoman, Jessica spends her time between lessons schooling and
grooming the Enterprise Farms horses.
Nicole
Walther, Instructor
Nicole
Walther began riding in Rhineland,
Germany at the age of 7. She was trained in Horsemanship and Dressage
based upon the Training Pyramid and the German discipline of riding.
As her skills developed, Nicole began schooling horses and instructing
students at several private barns as well as the world famous Reit-und-Fahrverein
Weisenheim a. Sand, home of Olympian Hugo Simon. In 1998 Nicole
relocated to the United States where she created and managed the
riding program at Diamond W Stables in Iowa. At this stable Nicole
was able to exchange skills to obtain her first horse, a beautiful
Hanoverian-Percheron stallion named Romeo. Working with stable owner
Susan Wallen and Olympian Gwen Stockebrand, Nicole refined her skills
resulting in a proper canter pirouette. The program was expanded
successfully with plans to be integrated into the University of
Iowa's Equestrian Program. When the tragic events of September 11
took place, Nicole's husband joined the U. S. Air Force and they
relocated to Tucson, Arizona where Nicole was the Barn manager at
Rancho Valle Milagro before moving to Los Angeles. Nicole takes
great pride in teaching Enterprise Farms' students of all levels
complete Horsemanship with a focus on a well balanced seat and partnership
with the horse.
